Prayer Works, by Jeremy Myers

Prayer is a central Christian practice, but is one that can be a struggle for many teens (and adults too, for that matter). This series takes a practical look at this vital spiritual discipline, and seeks to equip students to understand prayer and engage in it faithfully.

This series is designed to take four weeks, with three main lessons that focus on what prayer is, why we pray, and how we pray. The appendix offers descriptions of some different prayer methods, with the idea that after talking about prayer for three weeks, you can give your students the opportunity to put into practice what they have learned.
